Containment Procedures: CTA-006 Is kept in a Class 2 Containment unit, currently inside Low-Risk Facility-04, within containment sector 2. CTA-006 Is to be overseen by 2 security personnel, with level 2+ clearance; and confirmed immunis classification. CTA-006 And all tests involving it are currently overseen by Director Kym Jade. In the case of a Class 1 information breach of CTA-006 and its image, a Joint Military Force Of MF-11-X52 and MF-1 will be formed to prevent publicization of CTA-006. CTA-006 Is restricted to level 2 clearance.

Description: CTA-006 Is an anomalous fatal cognitohazard affecting 12.9% of the global population. CTA-006 is a painting depicting a humanoid figure painted in black with a light blue backdrop, presumably painted in the early 1700s. CTA-006 Was discovered after a series of disappearances in Northern America around the ████ Caves. Operative ZETA-02-H was sent alongside Operative XI-31-P, resulting in the discovery of CTA-006; and the death of Operative ZETA-02-H. Operative ALPHA-12-C was dispatched alongside MF-Yesod-5 and MF-2-B04 to retrieve CTA-006. CTA-006 Was recovered by the dispatch1 and brought to Low Risk Site-04.

Addendum: 006.01

Foreword: Upon discovery of CTA-006; and after further research(Documented below) the Immunis classification has been deemed necessary by Director Kym Jade.

Immunis Classification is a Classification given to those who have come into visual contact with CTA-006 and have been unharmed by the anomaly's effects.

Further research is being put towards CTA-006's anomalous effects and to whom they affect.

Test Logs

3 Tests have been approved by the corporation, gathering the following statistics.

Approximately 12.9% of people succumb to the fatal cognitohazard, with the other 87.1% perceiving CTA-006 as a painting depicting a humanoid figure painted in black with a light blue backdrop. All attempts to view CTA-006 in cognitohazard form from immunis have failed, resulting in instant brain death or failure to see CTA-006 in its cognitohazard form. - Director Kym Jade-21/9/2018
