Object Class: Ignotus1.
Containment Procedures: CTA-011 is contained in a fully furnished living cell for humanoid objects. It is to be given any desired objects and allowed full privilege to wonder around the facility and to be treated respectfully. If asked to visit public spaces they are to be cleared of any citizens for false reasons. Any other requests made by CTA-011 are to be fulfilled within reason upon approval from Administrative Command, if the request is too dire for time to be wasted getting approval from Administrative Command, approval from a higher-up personnel can be used.
Description: CTA-011 is an entity currently believed to be an angel. Appearing much like angels as described in bible verses Revelation 4:8 and Ezekiel 1:16-18. It is composed of three wheels, encased in each other, and covered with eyes along the wheels rims and six wings sprouting to the sides. The central wheel has one large eye in its own centre. The wheels rotate around the central eye at all times.
CTA-011 is capable of floating and floats above grounds at all times, usually just below eyelevel with humans. It is also capable of inflicting blindness, growing or decaying greenery at an accelerated rate, various psychic powers, healing injuries, causing powerful storms, earthquakes and destructively exploding areas using its mind2. It has proven to be "benevolent", wise and believes in equality for all. However it has proven resistant to asking questions about the truth about religion - Including questions about God, Satan, Heaven, Hell, other angels and whether any verses in the bible hold truth. However, CTA-011 has confirmed that their exists extraterrestrial life on other planets (although claims there are few currently)
CTA-011 claims to be extremely high on the hierarchy of angels, Seraphim3. Weaponizing of CTA-011 has been denied multiple times by Administrative Command and multiple governments due to CTA-011's insistence to not destroy anything on Earth, despite this it has destroyed various structures including HMS Barham (1914), Yeniseysk Governorate4, Texas City5 and other historical explosions which cover stories are in place for. Claiming these events were "meant to happen".
Despite previous claims of future events and earths history, CTA-011 has expressed surprise at various events including the breach of CTA-███, a mass loss of life incident in 1998 concerning another anomaly and Wonderland's defection from the British Government. He claims this is due to his inactivity in seeing his own future and only focusing on future events which are known by humanity at large and not just the CTA Corporation.
CTA-011's status as a true biblical angel has been contested by various researchers. Although as of currently most of the corporation at large believe he is an angel. Various other contending theories is he is a result of a deal with CTA-0316, a result of a CTA-438 instance's "pranks", from an alternate universe or even a being created by humanity's belief.
Addendum 011-A: CTA-011, according to their own testimony, had been sent to Earth by The Lord himself to observe humanity. Being allowed usage of his powers if the situation called for it. He identified himself as arriving on Earth in 1873, where he blessed a poor couple's child with "immortality", he arrived at a small town which he blessed to be prosperous. He lived in this village until reports from a visitor made its way to the British Government and then the CTA Corporation.
CTA-011 was contained in 1898 in a facility and connections between him and biblical angels were made. CTA-011 has purported the fact it has visited Earth in the past beforehand. Claiming to be the angel who appeared in the 14th century legend Lincoln Imp and to have also visited Earth before humanity and have set the sun on fire with an assembly of angels.
