Contained Anomaly: CTA-013

Object Class: Caputalis

Containment Procedures: CTA-013, as of now, is currently uncontained. Any person suspected of being CTA-013 is to be administered a blood test. Any subject assumed to have had contact with CTA-013 is to be experimented on before incineration. If CTA-013 is contained, it is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment chamber at Containment Facility-BIO-01. Any interaction with CTA-013 is to be done with the use of a hazmat suit. All sightings of CTA-013 or CTA-013-2 instances are to be immediately responded to by MF-BIO1. If CTA-013 becomes highly aggressive towards the Corporation, MF-3-O6 is to be called in to deal with the entity. Everyone hired by the CTA Corporation is to be administered a blood test.

Any instances of CTA-013-2 found are to be contained at Containment Facility-BIO-01 for testing purposes. Any interaction with CTA-013-2 instances is to be done from within a hazmat suit. If more than two CTA-013-2 instances breach containment, MF-BIO1 is to be sent in to destroy the instances. Only five instances of CTA-013-2 are to be contained at one time; any excess CTA-013-2 instances are to be destroyed. Destruction of instances of CTA-013-2 is to be done via incineration. Any room previously inhabited by CTA-013-2 is to be immediately decontaminated.

Description: CTA-013 is a humanoid entity of variable appearance. CTA-013 can create multiple tendrils that sprout from its back. These tendrils are composed of muscular tissue with multiple spike-like protrusions made entirely out of calcium. CTA-013 uses these tendrils as a bludgeoning weapon while in combat. CTA-013 can completely re-arrange the structure of its own body. CTA-013 also can modify its DNA structure.

CTA-013 can manipulate any exposed blood in its immediate surroundings. CTA-013 can then use the blood for one of two different purposes. One of these purposes is forming manipulated blood into a surprisingly durable weapon of varying types. The second purpose is that CTA-013 can use the blood to assist in the restoration of its own body or others.

CTA-013 final anomalous property is that its blood contains every pathogen on the planet, be it anomalous or non-anomalous. Direct interaction with CTA-013's blood will result in the subject transforming into a CTA-013-2 instance.

CTA-013-2 instances are similar in look and composition to CTA-013's tendrils. Instances of CTA-013-2 will constantly exude blood from their pores. Upon seeing a living organism, CTA-013-2 instances will attempt to attack it via the use of the entity's spike-like protrusions. After the death of the organism that CTA-013-2 was attacking, the instances will consume the corpse by [REDACTED].

[Begin Log]

CTA-031: So you must be 013

CTA-013: Is that what they're calling me?

CTA-031: Apparently. So I have certain questions I'm supposed to ask you

CTA-013: Well then, ask away

CTA-031: Where is your current place of residence?

CTA-013: That is none of their concern

CTA-031: Okay… What is your name?

CTA-013: Well, apparently it's 013

CTA-031: Noted, do you hate the Corporation?

CTA-013: They're not as bad as they used to be

CTA-031: I'll take that as a no. Why are you hostile towards the Corporation?

CTA-013: Because of what their ancestors did to me

CTA-031: Were you the individual originally contained by CTA-130?

CTA-013: If you're referring to those goddamned shackles… then yes.

CTA-031: How did you get out of CTA-130

CTA-013: That's confidential

CTA-031: This is their final question. Are you currently inside of the Corporation

<CTA-013 forms a smile>

CTA-013: Of course
