Containment Procedures: Due to its anomalous properties, any interaction with CTA-019, including containment, is to be conducted with the personnel's eyes closed or obstructed in some way. Any object, anomalous or non-anomalous, made out of glass is not allowed within the site at which CTA-019 is currently contained. Any translucent or reflective material is not allowed within the containment cell of CTA-019; therefore, CTA-019 must be monitored with motion sensors instead of regular cameras. If CTA-019 breaches containment, the camera system of the site is to be shut down. To contain CTA-019, a frame of bullet-proof glass roughly the size of an average adult is to be placed in an adequate room for temporary containment, to be used as a vector for CTA-019's manifestation.
Description: CTA-019 takes a vaguely humanoid form of variable size and shape. CTA-019 is capable of manifesting itself in non-obstructed translucent or reflective materials, most prominently glass. Most notably, CTA-019 is capable of locomotion outside of the material it manifested itself in, moving similar to that of an amoeba. When no materials of adequate size and shape are present, CTA-019 will attempt to manifest itself in the eyes of any humanoid subject currently viewing it. This manifestation causes extensive physical trauma to the subject's cornea, retina, and optic nerve.
