Contained Anomaly: CTA-033

Object Class: Class B Caputalis

Containment Procedures: All roads leading to CTA-033 are to be closed. The area around CTA-033 is to be closed off via a simple W electric wire fence. Any civilians found in the vicinity of the CTA-033 containment area are to be terminated on sight.
A four(4) man MPP-033 squad¹ is to monitor and maintain CTA-033 and it’s containment area.
Clearance 3 is required for experimentation.

Description: CTA-033 is a phenomenon that occurs on the [EXPUNDED DUE TO COGNIHAZARD HAZARD] highway. The event is triggered once a car containing a human driver enters within 5m of CTA-033. During the event, a humanoid (designated CTA-033P) figure will appear in front of said vehicle. Once sighted by the vehicle’s driver, CTA-033P will emit a high-pitched scream and de-manifest killing the driver instantly via unknown means.

Incident Log-033|1 On [ERROR 808#module_name-date=false] Agent Pietrov assaulted the MPP-033 team with the intention of entering CTA-033’s containment area. MPP-033 sent out a Mayday to all nearby MF’s. MF-54-A19 (The Suppresion Union)² responded and successfully captured Agent Pietrov.
