Containment Procedures: CTA-040 must be looked at by every CTA Corporation employee; any employee who refuses to look at the sky is to be fired. CTA-040 should not be contained for any reason; if an employee attempts to contain CTA-040, they should be immediately reprimanded. Any hostile action taken against CTA-040 should be met with immediate termination.
Description: CTA-040 is an event where the sky glows a shade of orange; this event happens every 2-5 years and lasts 48 hours. Upon looking at CTA-040, the observer will be able to differentiate between the normal and the abnormal, although people who have not seen CTA-040 will see the people who have as insane. People not affected by CTA-040 will have visual and auditory hallucinations when a person who is affected begins to speak, write, type, or use any other form of communication.
Discovery: CTA-040 was discovered on [OMITTED] when the sky glowed an orange colour and multiple reports of a new cult were made. CTA-040 was brought to the Corporation's attention when a few high-ranking members of the CTA Corporation looked at CTA-040 and were made aware of CTA-040's effect.
