Containment Procedures: Corporation Web Crawlers should delete any footage or pictures of CTA-051 on the internet, and Corporation personnel are in charge of not letting CTA-051 spread any sort of propaganda. All pictures of George Washington are to be altered to prevent suspicion of CTA-051 being a doppelganger.
Description: CTA-051 is a doppelganger of founding father and first president of America, George Washington. CTA-051 is always seen wearing George Washington’s Revolutionary War uniform with a Tricorn hat or a black coat with black boots. CTA-051 possesses the ability to seemingly disappear, and also appears to be immortal, with any harm done to him being reverted including death. CTA-051 will try to run for president every election under no party and with no apparent running mate. CTA-051 will promise freedom, liberty, and peace among other things that seem to evolve as time progresses to try and get the most amount of votes. CTA-051 will always end up getting a high number of votes no matter what and seems to commit a type of electoral fraud although it is still unknown. After losing the election, all records of CTA-051 are erased as if he never existed. It is unknown what CTA-051 will do if it is to win the election but the Corporation is sure that whatever the result is, it will not be good for the Corporation or the stability of the USA.
Discovery: CTA-051 was discovered in 1993 near Mount Vernon after footage and reports on an identical George Washington doppelganger running for president in 1994. When he was approached by CTA agents, he claimed that he had been trying to reclaim his home on Mount Vernon, when CTA-051 was asked about his political campaign, he claimed he was going to bring unity to the nation and that it had been corrupted. When asked what it had been corrupted with, CTA-051 simply stayed silent and dispatched the agents before he was detained by the agents.
