Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of CTA-059, any containment of it is considered impossible to achieve, impossible to maintain, a bad idea and would shatter the secrecy of anomalies to the outside world³.

Instead, a global-wide research party⁴ will continue to research and invent dampeners for CTA-059 in the form of medicines. Likewise, CTA-059 is either slowly getting less anomalous or the biological process known as "evolution" is building resistance to CTA-059 in the form of longer lifespans.

Instances of CTA-059 will either be placed in coffins, cremations or donated to scientific research organisations. While CTA-059-C instances are contained by the corporation.

Description: CTA-059 is the designation for the permanent ending of vital processes in a cell or tissue, affecting all living organisms, known by humanity collectively as "death⁵.".

The process begins usually after extensive injury to the body or from age. Clear signs of CTA-059 taking place include the lack of breathing or heartbeat, not waking up, fixed pupils, and mouth opening (many of these signs only occur in humans). Their organs begin to fail (Usually beginning with the heart).

CTA-059 instances are the organisms affected by CTA-059 (Known usually as dead bodies), CTA-059-A is the collective term for all living organisms affected by CTA-059⁶. CTA-059-B is the act of causing CTA-059 to take place (Whether directly or indirectly and usually through murder). CTA-059-C is the designation for living organisms that either greatly pass the average lifespan of their species or the lifespan considered possible⁷. CTA-059-D is the designation for an instance of CTA-059-C.

24-72 hours after CTA-059 takes place — the instance's internal organs decompose. 3-5 days after death — the CTA-059 instance starts to bloat and blood-containing foam leaks from the mouth and nose. 8-10 days after death — the instance turns from green to red as the blood decomposes and the organs in the abdomen accumulate gas. However, it's noted by this time the body could've been cremated (Processes may act out differently depending on the cause of CTA-059 activation).

The following is a transcript from the meeting of Administrative Command hours before CTA-059 was documented and officially designated as CTA-059. Due to its contents, it is officially classified to all except Administrative Command.

(AD-01 - The Founder - speaks in the following transcript. A rare event considering AD-01 is mostly senile thanks to the number of fluids in their 300-year-old body keeping it from rotting away).

AD-02: This meeting is officially in session, all said will be documented and uploaded to a secure database. Consider this meeting an official document, all said can be held against you all later on. Begin.

AD-03: Thank you, AD-02. I'm sure you've all read the reports on Project Eternal Life?

AD-01: However. Death is impossible to contain nonetheless, and containing it would be a stupid idea.

AD-02: So what do we do..?

AD-01: Research on how to prolong lifespan is already common across both our corporation and the planet. It will continue. Normalcy will be maintained. Death will be a CTA, but we will not contain it. Instead, we will continue to contain those seemingly immortal, unkillable. We will categorise murder too as a CTA, but we will not "contain" it either.

AD-02: What about those 'immortal jellyfish'?"
AD-01: It's already known to the public. Nothing more we can do.

AD-05: In that case, I'd like to finish this meeting with another proposal. Due to AD-01 deciding we will contain seemingly immortal organisms, I propose we contain AD-01.
