Containment Procedures: Corporation guards are to surround CTA-070 in its entirety, and all guard posts near the anomaly are to be manned at all times, with employees being switched out at six-hour intervals. All civilians attempting to enter CTA-070 are to be directed away from the anomaly under the guise of the area containing highly dangerous and hard-to-traverse terrain. Any CTA-070-2 instance spotted is to be immediately terminated. However, if CTA-070-1 manifests, no hostile actions are to be taken; any action considered illegal within the area in which CTA-070 resides is also not to be performed in the presence of CTA-070-1.
Description: CTA-070 resembles an average small town in the woods' centre. However, all houses within the parameter of CTA-070 are made entirely out of stone. Directly outside of what is assumed to be the front of the town, a sign is present with the words "Welcome to Stormbeak" present. With the exclusion of CTA-070-1, all actions performed within the bounds of CTA-070 will have a pre-decided consequence; this is an indisputable law of CTA-070 which cannot be altered by any variables within or outside of the anomaly. When inside the bounds of the phenomena, anomalous objects cannot exhibit anomalous phenomena that would alter CTA-070 or its properties, with the exception of CTA-070-1. CTA-070-1 will manifest near entities attempting to alter CTA-070 or its anomalous properties that reside outside of CTA-070; CTA-070-1 will only de-manifest after either the anomaly ceases its attempts or the entity expires.
CTA-070-1 takes the appearance of a man of European descent in his early thirties who refers to itself as Cor; the entity possesses brown hair with an unknown eye colour due to the fact that the anomaly constantly wears bandages over its eyes; despite this, CTA-070-1 can still see through an unknown method. Typically, CTA-070-1 is adorned with an overcoat made entirely of what appears to be the feathers of Corvus corax1; this is not the case, however, when CTA-070-1 manifests outside the bounds of CTA-070. In events where this happens, the entity adorns clothes similar in appearance to Gallicolumba luzonica2. Upon committing a crime in the presence of CTA-070-1 legally recognized in the area in which you currently reside, the entity will profess the crime that has been committed; following this, the perpetrator of the crime will feel varying amounts of pain or possibly even death depending on the crime committed. In the event CTA-070-1 is already present in another location, a CTA-070-2 instance will manifest in its place.
CTA-070-2 instances take the appearance of either an instance of Corvus corax when present within the area of CTA-070 or Gallicolumba luzonica when present outside of the anomaly. In both cases, the instance will be considerably larger than what is standard for an instance of said species. Additionally, all instances of CTA-070-2 are made entirely out of stone; despite this, they retain standard methods of locomotion consistent with their species. Instances of CTA-070-2 are highly aggressive, especially towards individuals who have committed any legally recognized crime within the area in which the individual currently resides. The durability of CTA-070-2 instances is similar to that of average concrete. CTA-070-2 instances will only de-manifest upon the termination of the instance.
Addendum 070-1: JD Testing
JD-Class personnel were ordered to conduct basic actions within the bounds of CTA-070 for the purpose of recording reactions caused by the anomaly.

CTA-070-1: Ahh, Eden. Yes, We have chatted a few times here and there; I would even go as far as saying that she and I are good friends.

CTA-070-1: Again, I am going to need more clarification.

CTA-070-1: I do, and by the fact you do not, I am going to assume you are referring to Zero, or as he likes to call himself, A, but do not tell him I told you.

CTA-070-1: Hmm… Ah yes, there is one, the one with many names and many faces. However, she tends to keep them consistent enough.
