Containment Procedures: CTA-071 is impossible to contain, although CTA-071 rarely activates, activating once every 6-12 months. Upon a CTA-071-related case being reported, it is to be presented as a completely non-anomalous missing person case. All reports of cars disappearing off the road are to be blown off as hallucinations. If CTA-071 inflicts low-ranking personnel (Level 3-), they are to be used in the testing of CTA-071, if CTA-071 inflicts high-ranking personnel (Level 4+) however, they are to have a thaumaturgic ritual conducted on them warding off CTA-071.
Description: CTA-071 is a large serpentine entity, approximately 24 meters in length. Upon CTA-071 deciding on a "Target" they will be designated CTA-071-1, upon a CTA-071-1 instance driving a car at over 80 KPH, a large cloud of fog will manifest down the road they are driving on. Once unobserved, the CTA-071-1 instance will be transported to a location designated CTA-071-A within CTA-071-A is CTA-071. CTA-071, when "Stalking" its pray CTA-071 will take the appearance of a pair of luminescent yellow snake eyes within the fog; however, when "Attacking" the target CTA-071 takes the appearance of a black Ophiophagus hannah (King Cobra). CTA-071 can move at upwards of 120 KPH when in its "Stalking" state and upwards of 155 KPH when in its "Attacking" state.
Discovery Log: CTA-071 was discovered following the disappearance of ████ ██████, an active member of the GOI "The Ghost Hunters" a group dedicated to hunting the paranormal. After their disappearance, the CTA corporation decided to investigate the incident uncovering multiple chat logs about paranoia, insomnia, and completion to drive. After the corporation looked through a recording of a phone call, it was noted that ████ ██████ stated on multiple occasions "Whenever I look into the rearview mirror I see a pair of eyes in the back seat." However, after approximately 30 minutes, the call abruptly ends. The corporation discovered similar patterns in disappearances involving the same symptoms and disappearing under the same circumstances. 9 months later, a "JP personnel" came down with the symptoms of this phenomenon leading to the testing and eventual discovery of CTA-071 and CTA-071-A.
