Description: CTA-229 is a black briefcase built of an unknown material that is functionally indestructible and resistant to all attempts to damage. It has a code padlock, despite this all codes have been proven incorrect. On the top of the briefcase the words "OOC Initiative" with their appropriate symbol above1. Scanning the inside has proven unsuccessful but weighing seems to show there is a book inside.

It was found in 1899 by the British Empire in a stone sarcophagus buried deep underground. Once opened and attempts to open it were proven impossible. It was placed in The Vault2, it eventually was possessed by the CTA Corporation in 1995 where attempts to open it proved useless.
