Containment Procedures: Knowledge of CTA-251 is to be suppressed. No personnel below security level three is to have knowledge of CTA-251. In the event CTA-251-3 is removed from CTA-251-1, the object is to be placed within a standard containment locker until the de-materializing of CTA-251-3.
Description: CTA-251-1 is an extra-dimensional space accessible through bodies of water. An individual will be transported to CTA-251-1 upon being fully submerged in a liquid comprised of 80% or more water while thinking about CTA-251-1 itself or CTA-251-3. CTA-251-1 resembles a vast unending city with an omnipresent blue fog. Architecture within CTA-251-1 consists of miscellaneous blue materials; these structures will chronically shift to become consistent with architecture familiar to the most recent individual to enter CTA-251-1. Within the centre of CTA-251-1 is a monolithic pyramid-like structure unaffected by changes within CTA-251-1; CTA-251-3 is embedded at the centre of this structure. Several entities exist within CTA-251-1, referred to as CTA-251-2. Subjects can exit CTA-251-1 by moving approximately five kilometres from CTA-251-1's centre. Subjects will exit CTA-251-1 from the nearest body of water capable of submerging the subject to the location where they entered the anomaly.
CTA-251-2 instances are non-hostile humanoid entities made of miscellaneous non-biological materials. When unobserved, CTA-251-2 become capable of locomotion through means similar to an average humanoid entity. The faces of CTA-251-2 instances contain several circular holes which produce large amounts of water while the instance is observed. CTA-251-2 instances will attempt to approach living humanoid entities, although no physical contact will be initiated by the entities.
CTA-251-3 is a blue and gold spear of unknown make and model. CTA-251-3 is composed of gold, several miscellaneous blue materials, and ARMFs1; additionally, the object is impossible to damage at the atomic level. CTA-251-3 is capable of telepathically communicating with individuals who have removed CTA-251-3 from the pyramidal structure within CTA-251-1 in their lifetime; this communication can be performed regardless of the languages known by the subject. A constant torrent of rain will fall within five kilometres of CTA-251-3. All blood exiting from a wound inflicted by CTA-251-3 is converted to water through unknown means. When embedded within a surface, CTA-251-3's anomalous properties are nullified; although the object will remain indestructible. Should CTA-251-3 remain untouched for over one hour, CTA-251-3 will de-materialize before re-materializing within the pyramidal structure of CTA-251-1.
Discovery: During an interview with CTA-097-2, the object mentioned a "Traitor". CTA-097-2 described this "Traitor" as a spear with the name of "Gungnir", which attempted to overthrow the "Royal family"; although, as CTA-097-2 is heavily unreliable, the accuracy of this claim was brought into question. Several months following this claim, a member of the Department of Ancient Artifacts reported accessing a previously unknown extra-dimensional space while swimming. Following several experiments, the method of entry to CTA-251-1 was discovered.

The Story of The Sword and the Spear
One day, the spear Gungnir was left to its lonesome. Despite its and its owner's attempts to make a change, nothing came of it. Despite this, they kept trying. The tyrannous rule of the royal family, along with Excalibur, expanded by the day. Gungnir soon realized it wasn't left alone. The spear realized as it had so many times, that it was in the hands of its deceased owner. Gungnir tried to scream, but, as always, nobody came, as nobody could listen. It tried and tried but to no avail. The spear had gone through this countless times, yet it never got any easier. Suddenly, as all hope was lost within Gungnir, the footsteps of someone could be heard, and Gungnir tried to scream, tried to scream harder than it ever tried before, yet, once Gungnir saw who it was, it had never tried to be so quiet. A King, no, the shell of the king moving only on the whim of Excalibur had come to enact punishment on Gungnir for its betrayal. All became quiet as Gungnir was imprisoned in the tears of its fallen allies.
