Group Of Interest Name: The Wonderland Division For Anomalous Inquiry & Research
AKAs: Wonderland, Wonderland HQ, Wonderland Department, Mi6's Rogue Department.
Known Bases: Ships located in the Pacific Ocean, abandoned/vacant houses, rented out office buildings.
Description: The Wonderland Division For Anomalous Inquiry & Research (Known more commonly simply as; Wonderland) is a rogue Mi6 Division created for the acquisition, research and containment of anomalous items, objects or events. Much like the CTA Corporation, however in 1943 Wonderland fell under a new director, █████████████. This resulted in rising tensions between the CTA Corporation and Wonderland due to █████████████'s status as a former operative.
In 1945, Wonderland assassinated then-Mi6 Director Stewart Graham Menzies and went rogue, seizing various assets - Such as anomalies, technology and various files (containing sensitive information). The immediate cause of this was the CTA Corporation being permitted to act once more in the United Kingdom and all land it owns, and Wonderland being declared rogue along with the majority of employees and the director.
Wonderland cleared out most of their major facilities by time any attack could be carried out. This resulted in the loss of over 5000 anomalies. From 1945 to 1950 Wonderland had no sightings - Although there were reports of Wonderland working with other groups of interest and suspected sightings. It was confirmed in 1951 with the capture of one Wonderland agent who refused to divulge any further information except from 'Wonderland'.
They possess a extensive military branch of trained personnel, including ex-soldiers and assassins for hire - Known as The Playing Cards. Their weaponry, usually anomalous, is secured through an unknown vendor whom also supplies other groups of interest. Wonderland is believed to only be active in the United Kingdom, but have branches in other countries - Confirmed branches include the American branch, Russian branch and the Egyptian branch.
A loose agreement with Wonderland exists between itself and the CTA Corporation. Neither entity will use anomalies to gather information on eachother and specific, "important" facilities of either entity will not be attacked. Although both us and Wonderland have been known to breach the agreement in some ways neither group confront the other due to eachothers possession of anomalies.
