Contained Anomaly: CTA-035

Containment Procedures: CTA-035 is kept within a windowless room measuring 10mx10mx2m. In the cell, CTA-035 is given a bed, kitchen, a bathroom and a couch, as well as a pair of noise cancelling headphones by request of CTA-035. All communication done with CTA-035 is remote through the use of a phone given to CTA-035. Items being given to or taken from CTA-035 go through a specialised box with two doors, one on either side of the wall. Only one of these doors can be open at a time to prevent triggering CTA-035's anomalous effect. Any instances of CTA-035-A are to be either quarantined or terminated depending on status.
Description: CTA-035 is an adult Caucasian male standing around 1.7m tall and dresses in smart-casual clothing. CTA-032 has short brown hair and speaks in an accent that is unidentifiable.
CTA-035 is accompanied by two identical copies. The two CTA-035 copies appear to be in a constant state of trying to communicate with the original, following him wherever he goes. From testing done on CTA-035, CTA-035 does not appear to see the clones, only being able to hear them, which leaves him in a constant state of distress and is sometimes prone to outbursts.
Looking at CTA-035 will trigger a secondary effect. Those who look at CTA-035 will manifest their own clones. Anyone affected by CTA-035 is designated CTA-035-A. CTA-035-A instances will exhibit similar effects to the original CTA-035 in that they will not be able to see and only be able to hear the clones. CTA-035-A instances will exhibit similar behaviour of distress to CTA-035, however, looking at CTA-035-A instances will not cause the observer to manifest their own clones.
CTA-035's effect will also not trigger if viewed through any layers such as video, photographs or artistic interpretation. It also does not trigger if it is a reflected image. Both CTA-035 and CTA-035-A instances' inability to see their own clones extends to photo, video and reflection. When shown a photo or video of itself, CTA-035 has reported only seeing itself. Identical reports have been made with CTA-035-A instances.
Any physical changes made to CTA-035 or a CTA-035-A host will appear on the clones. This changes include changes of clothing, haircuts, makeup and any physical injuries such as scars or broken bones. If a CTA-035-A instance dies, so too will their clones.

CTA-035: You ever feel…watched? Like someone is out to get you? That's what it feels like. You trying to convince me the voices have a source, that I'm some anomaly.
Dr. Baker: But you are. We can prove it.

Dr. Baker: No, you are clearly surrounded by-
CTA-035: Shut the fuck up!
Dr. Baker: Excuse me?
CTA-035: Oh, shit, um…sorry, that wasn't directed at you.
Dr. Baker: Then who?
CTA-035: The voices. I don't want to listen to them.
Dr. Baker: You don't want to listen to the voices, hm? Well, perhaps you might be interested in some noise-cancelling headphones.
